DAM is an air curtain from the standard range that stands out for its versatility and the design of its front part. The classic suction grille has been efficiently replaced by a front panel that can be customised with logos, signage, graphics or images and a double air intake at the top and bottom of the curtain. With this solution, the need for grille maintenance is eliminated and its decorative front panel provides a modern and clean view of the equipment.

RECESSED DAM is an air curtain from our standard range that stands out for its versatility and the design that can be fitted into a false ceiling, with a full view of the diffuser grille. The air intake grille is maintenance-free and is integrated into a single white frame, or the one you prefer on request.
ROTOWIND
ROTOWIND air curtains for revolving doors are designed to fit perfectly with the curvature of the revolving door. Therefore it could be said that each air curtain is unique. They are mounted discreetly above the revolving door in two possible configurations and are usually painted with the same color as the revolving door to combine with the internal or external aesthetics of the building. We also design air curtains for large revolving doors.

Case Studies
FIFA Building in Qatar
The original iConic 2022 building, which was constructed in Doha for the World Cup in Qatar, features Zen air curtains at its main entrances. The building is constructed in four blocks connected by basements, and its floor plan and façade represent the number 2022, the year the World Cup will be played in Qatar.
The activities that the buildings can house are very diverse: administrative offices, a wellness centre, hotel establishments, meeting rooms, an auditorium, a residence for athletes during the competition, a hotel for visitors, a commercial area in the basement, etc. It is the headquarters of the World Cup in the city of Doha and connects directly with Khalifa International Stadium.
Among the highest features and luxury finishes that this building has, Airtècnics' distributor in the Middle East Orontes and our partners Rosenberg Middle East have managed to include in this beautiful project the Zen air curtains with anodized aluminum panels whose objective is to avoid the exchange of air between the interior and exterior of the building.
The contrast between the street and the interior is very high, as the climate is extreme, and the air quality is compromised due to the proximity of the desert. In this way, Airtècnics air curtains ensure the maintenance of the air conditioning in this building, which has already become an icon of the Qatar 2022 World Cup, ensuring energy savings.

Windbox Installation at Factory Entrance
In a bid to fortify their factory entrance against external elements, a renowned food factory collaborated with Airtecnics North America to install the WB air curtain model. The aim was to create a robust barrier of clean air, preventing the mixing of interior and exterior environments.
This installation yielded significant benefits. The improved indoor air quality not only enhanced the working conditions for employees but also promoted energy efficiency within the facility. By effectively reducing the infiltration of outdoor contaminants and pollutants, the factory achieved better air circulation, creating a safer and healthier environment for its workforce.

Qatar International Airport
Airtècnics has manufactured and supplied air curtains for the Hamad International Airport, known as “New Doha International Airport” (NDIA). In anticipation of the FIFA 2022 World Cup in Qatar, this terminal is one of the most luxurious structures in the world.
Airtècnics has been commissioned to design the most efficient and elegant air curtains possible. As a result, 47 ZEN model air curtains were installed at the NDIA airport, positioned horizontally and vertically. For the project, we have used our elegant stainless-steel ZEN air curtains with their high-performance design along with a high level of customization.
The problems solved with the installation of ZEN air curtains
The VIP zone at the Qatar International Airport has a smoking area located near the rest and relaxation area. Smoke escapes through the doorway that separates the two areas. Our ZEN air curtains were installed to prevent smoke from escaping and entering the rest and relax area. Our ZEN air curtain barriers were vertically positioned to make the most of the available space while maintaining the aesthetics and look of the facility.
In addition, eight Windbox M, G air curtains with invisible metal inlet grilles were also used in the airport. The hidden air curtain does not detract from the architecture of the facility. The installation of air curtains has been specifically designed to integrate with artistic standards and facility design.
Case study :
At Doha International Airport, air curtains significantly reduced energy costs while increasing internal comfort and preventing the entry of insects, dust, and pollution. Another issue was condensation forming on the glass throughout the airport due to the extreme temperature difference between the conditioned indoor environment and the hot air outside. This problem was solved with an appropriately sized set of air curtains that adequately separated the indoor and outdoor environments.
Madrid Medical Association
The Madrid Medical Association recently installed the Airtecnics Zen ECG 2000 E air curtain to improve indoor comfort and create an efficient climate control solution. Its elegant wood finish integrates seamlessly into the building’s design, offering both aesthetic appeal and practical benefits.
Designed to meet the specific needs of medical environments, the Zen air curtain features an energy-efficient EC motor, ensuring low energy consumption and quiet operation—essential for maintaining a calm and controlled atmosphere. This installation protects indoor spaces from drafts, dust, and insects, contributing to a cleaner and more comfortable environment for both visitors and staff.
The project was completed by Boscoluz, experts in climate control solutions, further demonstrating the Zen air curtain’s versatility and customization options for unique architectural settings.

The WB air curtain model has been strategically installed to create a powerful barrier of clean air, effectively separating the interior and exterior environments. With its advanced technology, it enhances indoor air quality, promotes energy efficiency, and ensures the comfort of occupants within the industrial warehouse.
By implementing the WB air curtain, we have effectively improved the overall indoor environment of the facility.
